Q) Can the Non-BSNL subscribers get the TRICON connection?
A)  Yes, but they have to pay security deposit of minimum Rs 2000/-

Q)  Can the subscribers avail the discount on monthly fixed charges on B-fone line in his
      name where Dataone is not available ?
A)  Yes . The discount on monthly charges will be restricted only one of his bfone lines in his
      name and discount on dataone will not be available.

Q) Can the subscribers avail the discount on monthly fixed charges on one B-fone line in his
      name where Dataone is not available and discount on monthly fixed charges of dataone
      working on another bfone line working in his name?
A)  No. The discount on monthly charges on dataone and bfone will be restricted only to his
      bfone no. in his name on which dataone is working.

Q) What will happen where Dataone is connected on a rent-free (PF) connection?
A) In this case the discount will apply on the B-fone against which PF connection is given.

Q) Can a b-fone subscriber without Dataone connection get the discount on monthly charge?
A)  Yes, he will get the advantage of maximum discount granted for b-fone part of respective       plan only.

Q) Whether the difference of security deposit have to be realized for the existing b-fone
     subscribers with lesser deposit than Rs 2000/- ?
A) No.

Q) Whether for provisioning STD to Tricon numbers, status of existing B-fone has to be
     checked ?
A) No.

Q) What is the process of allotment of vanity numbers ? what will happen if same number is
     asked by more than one subscribers?
A)  The allotment of number will be on first come first serve basis. Since the stock of vanity
      numbers are limited , in the first phase this free vanity numbers will be allotted only to
      customers of Tricon 5000.

Q) Whether corporate subscribers/ Business subscribers are allowed to subscribe for
     Tricon?
A) Anyone can subscribe.

Q) whether subscribers of TRICON will be allowed to change his plan to lower one in later
      date ?
A) No , for Tricon 5000 as vanity number given as a special facility. If customer agrees to
     surrender the vanity number given to him , plan change may be accepted. For Tricon 1000/      2000 plan change will be allowed if vanity numbers are not given to them.

Q) whether existing BSNL mobile (post and prepaid) will be allowed to change his plan to
     tricon with existing number
A) yes

Q) I don't have broadband connection or I have applied for a Broadband connection but not
     yet installed, Can I get Tricon ?
A) yes.   For Tricon, Broadband connection is not mandatory.  You will get rebate in in monthly
     fixed charge for Land line only.

Q) I am having a prepaid mobile of BSNL .  Can I get Tricon with the same number ?
A) yes.  You can convert from prepaid to Tricon plan in the same procedure of conversion from      prepaid to post paid.

Q) I want to take conversion under Tricon plan.  What I am supposed to do ?
A)  Tricon is a postpaid mobile plan.  You have to fillup the postpaid application form along      with a mandate form as submit the same to your nearest Customer Service Center.

Q) I have applied for Tricon1000 .   Can I get vanity number ?
A) No.  Vanity Number will be given to Triocon 5000 applicant only.

Q) I am having a connection from Hutch . If I take Tricon , can I get the same number ?
A) No.
