(D) Service
chrge for STD/ISD PCOs and STD VPTs : -
Since
the tariff is also applicable to CCB type PCOs and seeing the
competition in the
market,
the levy of service charge is not mandatory.
(E)
Identification of PCOs: -
There
is no necessity of separate identification for local PT after
extending STD fucili ty. As
such in the new arrangement there will be only three type
of PCOs
1) Local VPT without 95 facility
2) PCOs without ISD lacility 3) PCOs
with ISD facility
(F) Indieator/Display.

Head
of Circles are authorized to issue necessary instructions on
the above subject as per
their convenience.
(G) Biliing :
Presently
monthly bills are being issued in case of Local PCO and fortnightly
bilIs in case of
STD PCOs. In this regard billing has to be made on fortnightly
basis for aJl type of PCOs.
All
other terms and conditions will remain same.
