Note  :-

I)    STD radllty (zero Dialing) with dynamic locking system should be provided to all customers by default with
       whom 95 facility is available except In those cases where the customer expresses his unwillingness
      (In writing) to take '0' facillt.y.

II)   STD Facility will be provided to the existing customers without taking any additional security deposit.

III) For new customers, Security Deposit will be Rs.500 for Local plus STD facility,

2.   All other terms and conditions and Security deposit for ISD facility will remain same.

3.   The revised tariff Is also applicable for "BSNL One India"/ Altemate plans and Trunk calls.

5.   The revision In tariff is applicable with effect from lst March. 2009.

ISD Calls
   (For calls originated from Fixed, Cellular and WLL-M phones of BSNL also for Trunk Calls &  PCOs)

   *   Based on unit call rate of Rs. 1.20, for other unit call rates the amount will be charged accordingly

Note  :
  *   Local and Intra circle calls up to 50 kms are chargeable at Rupee one for 3 minutes.
       The above package will be applicable for both Rural and Urban subscribers opting
       for this package.
       This Plan is not meant for Local/STD/ISD PCO’s franchisee.
       Other terms and condition shall remain unchanged.
       Service Tax. will be charged extra.

Note  :   Under CDMA promotional scheme for 90 days which was introduce w.e.f.
             15.12.2008 no activation charges is being levied for SIM . Hence there is
             no need to change the tariff .

         Recharge Coupons and Top Up Vouchers

                Note :   1.  Grace period for carried forward of unutilised talk value is 7 days.
                            2.  Additional grace period is 30days for SIM beyond grace period of 7 days for recharge.

        Grace Period - I and Grace Period - II under CDMA WLL prepaid services with the following terms and         conditions has been revised  :-
            i)      Grace Period - I :   The period of GP - I has been increased from existing 7 days to 15 days after validity.
           ii)      Grace Period - II :  The period of GP - II has been increased from existing 30 days to 165 days after GP-I
          iii)      If the SIM is not recharged within 180 days after validity, the SIMwill be deactivated.

                    This revision of grace period will be applicable with effect 1.08.2009

        ROAMING Facility   -  Roaming charges is applicable only when mobility on WLL is allowed outside the circle.
