For plan MBV 1700
1) Migration charges of Rs. 151/- for existing BSNL 2 G customers are waived off.
2) Activation fee i.e. Cost of SIM of Rs. 300 (incl. of S.T.) is waived off for a period of 60 days
from the date of launch of service for all new 3G customers. No commission is admissible
for these free SIMs when connection is provided from BSNL CSCs.
3) In case of migration or new 3G connections sold by franchisees the commission as prescribed,
shall be payble only after first activation or with sale of activation vouchers (Min. value Rs. 350
for prepaid)
4) Free data usage for a period of two months will be provided to all new customers on purchase of
a 3G Data Card. The customer can choose any Data Plan for the free usage provided he/she gives
commitment of continuing on the same plan for a minimum of two more months after the free
period.
5) All other terms and conditions will remain the same.
6) This tariff will be effective from 01.07.2009

Notes:
- i) For migration from a particular 3G plan to other 3G plan under prepaid service, the activation voucher of the desired plan shall be used for migration.
- ii) For all the Data plans, the above mentioned Voice and SMS charges would be levied.
- iii) Free SMS shall be provided for local SMS only.
- iv) BSNL Portal browsing will be free to customers
- v) The pulse rate for data usage shall be of 1 MB under all post/prepaid plans.
- vi) On-net means Own Network (Mobile/Basic/WLL/CDMA), Off-net means Other Network (Mobile/Basic/WLL/CDMA)
- vii) ISD tariffs for Voice calls will be as per 2G GSM.
- viii) ISD Video calls are not available at present.
- ix) The above Voice plans are applicable to both 2G and 3G customers, as no specific 3G voice tariff is possible at present.
- x) The rates for all other items not covered above shall be as per 2G tariff.
- xi) Existing Top-up vouchers and flexi top-up shall be allowed to the 3G voice and data prepaid plan also.
- xii) The grace period GP1 and GP 2 for voice and data plans shall be as per prepaid 2G GSM.
3. The above tariff will be effective from the date of launch of service.
Revision of prepaid 3G General 120 plan and promotional offer under 3G

BSNL has been decided to revise the tariff of
prepaid general 120 plan tariff under 3G mobile services and also to offer a promotional

# The free usages offered with FRC at 3(ii) & Qv)are to be consumed within 30 days from
the date of activation. The tariff validity of the promotional plan will be 365 days from the
date of activation.
** Free data do not include MMS.
ii) The above promotional tariff is applicable to new connections only. For existing
customers migrating from 2G or other 3G plans to the 3G prepaid general 120 plan, the
promotional tariff will not be applicable.
iii) Migration from existing 2G & 3G prepaid plans to 3G prepaid general 120 plan and vice versa
is free. The unutilized account balance and validity of the existing plan will be
carried forward to the migrated plan.
iv) All other voice plans under 3G prepaid mobile services i.e. Super 350, Super 650 and
Super 1350 will be withdrawn. However, the existing customers in the above 3G prepaid
plans will continue to avail the tariff upto a period of 6 months
and subsequently merged with the revised 3G prepaid general plan.
v) The above 3G prepaid general 120/promotional plan tariff will be applicable as base
voice tariff with all 3G prepaid data RCVs as there is no separate data plan under 3G
segment.
vi) The above revised 3G prepaid general 120 plan tariff is not applicable to 2G services.
vii) The existing RCVs applicable to 3G voice plans
will be withdrawn and the following new RCVs will be applicable to 3G prepaid services.

viii) The FRC with 180 days validity under revised 3G prepaid general 120 plan will not be
applicable to Assam, J&K and North East LSAs. As such, the validity of FRC, RCV, SW &
STV in case of Assam and North East LSAs will be restricted to 90 days. in J&K no prepaid service will be offered under mobile services.
ix) In view of the above revision of recharge vouchers, the top-up validity options stands withdrawn.
x) The MRP of STV applicable to 2G prepaid customers to avail 3G services will be revised
from existing RS.131 to Rs.21 (Inclusive of S.Tax) with a validity of 30 days and NIL
usage value. The customer will enjoy 3G facilities of video call and data services with
charges as applicable to 3G prepaid general 120 plan and other charges willbe as per
the 2G main plan.
xi) The Video call charges from home LSA under 3G postpaid mobile services will be
revised from Rs.1.50 to RS.1.00(Local)and RS.2.50to Rs.1.50 per minute (STD).
xii) The optional FMCof RS.90 for 75 min local video call will be revised to FMC/SW of Rs. 57 (Incl.of S. tax) with a
validity of 30 days under prepaid services.
xiii) As regards data plans under 3G mobile services, there is no change in post paid
services. However, the terminology used for data plans under prepaid services will be
Data Recharge Vouchers, which will allow free data usage and also increase the main
account validity.Normal commission as applicable to sale of RCVs will be applicable to
Data Recharge Vouchers.
xiv) The SW-Reduced data usage charge @ RS.1/MBduring Night in HPLMN stands withdrawn
xv) Allother terms and condition will remain the same.
2. The promotional tariff
plan will be offered as festival offer for 2 months w.e.f. 09.11.2009.
Now BSNL has been decided to revise the video call charges under 3G postpaid and prepaid services with the following terms and conditions:-

Re-Launch of 3G prepaid Promotional tariff
The validlty of the promotional offer has expired on 05.02.2010. Now BSNL has been decided to re-launch the 3G prepaid promotional plan "FRC 120" and "STV 99" with the following terms and conditions:-
i) The tariff validity of the 3G prepaid promotional plan "FRC 120" and "STV 99" to be reduced from existing 365 days to 180 days.
ii)The revised promotional 3G prepaid plan "FRC 120" to be introduced from 11.02.2010 upto 31.03.2010.
iii)The revised 3G promotional plan "STV 99" applicable to existing customer to be Introduced from 11.02.2010 upto 31.03.2010.
iv)All other terms and conditions will remain same.
3G prepaid promotional tariff
BSNL has been decided to revise the tariff validity of the 3G promotional tariff as under:-
a) For 3G customers enrolled upto 06.02.2010 the promotional tariff will be allowed upto 05.02.2011.
b) For customers enrolled from 07.02.2010 up to 31.03.2010, the promotional tariff will be applicable for 180 days i.e. upto 26.09.2010.
c) The above revision is applicable to all circles except south zone where 3G services were launched late.
Revision in tariff of free data usage under Plan 725 and Plan 1500 under 3G post paid mobile services
BSNL has decided to increase the free data usage under 3G post paid plan 725 and plan 1500 as under:-
