•  B-Fone schemes: New connection (Offer period: 22.10.2004 to 15.11.2004)

        The 50 hour Internet card under the scheme may only be provided on proof of payment of the 1st bill.

•   ITC card on payment of bill (Offer period: 22.10.2004 to 30.11.2004)

        A scheme to distribute free ITC card on payment of bills for b-fone will be introduced as below:

        These ITC cards will be distributed by CSC’s on production of original paid bill . This scheme will not         be applicable to default customers. No clubbing of bills is allowed. For the customers dropping         cheque in the cheque box, the IT card will be sent to the customer along with paid copy of the bill.

•  Pre paid Cellular(Excell) Scheme(three plus One offer) Offer period: 22.10.2004 to 15.11.2004

        In this scheme any customer buying three recharge coupons of the same denomination in one         instance from any BSNL’s CSCs will be offered a 4th free recharge coupon of same denomination.
        All the recharge coupons (4 in number) under this scheme has to be activated before 31.12.2004.

•  Post paid Cellular(Cellone) scheme (Offer period: 01.11.2004 to 30.11.2004)

        a. Free Talk between two post-paid connections subscribed during November, 2004. On subscribing         two post paid connections under Plan 525, during the offer period, the calls between these two         numbers will be without any charges upto 31.12.2004.
        b. Free activation for postpaid connections during November, 2004. No activation charges will be          taken for any postpaid connection taken during offer period.

•  Following charges would be waived off for up to date clearance of dues any time during November 2004 (Offer Period: 01.11.2004 to 30.11.2004)
