When a subscriber does not want to retain indicator as well as cable pair or when he wants to retain only indicator

Minimum safe custody period shall be three months.

Full rental charges shall be payable for the minimum period of three months during which both cable pair and indicatoe will be kept reserved.

Only 20% of rental shall be charged after the expiry of minimum period of three months.

When a subscriber wants to retain both indicator as well as cable pair full rental shall be charged for the entire period of safe custody

Reconnection of telephone under safe custody to be materialised within three days when requested by the subscriber.
