Rental  Rebate

 

Rebate in rental charge for phones, Telex services, leased lines and junction lines of PBXs will be granted on the Department’s initiative without waiting for a request from the subscriber, if services to the subscriber remains interrupted continuously for 7 days or more, due to Departmental reasons.

Furthermore, if the period of interruption is more than 14 days due to Departmental reasons, then one full month’s rental charge shall be waived.

In case of RABMN subscribers, the rebate will be on pro-data monthly access charge for interruption of service for more than 7days. However, the enhanced benefit for faults beyond 14 days is not applicable for RABMN subscribers.
