• ISP charge to be paid separately
  (a) If Account Free Internet of Calcutta Telephones (172222) is used then customer will pay @ 10 paise per minuite along with Monthly Bill.
  (b) If services of other ISP is used then amount will be deducted from their pre-paid account (no charges to be paid to BSNL)
  
• This facility is for existing customer of BSNL for 2nd b fone for Internet O/G will be provided for only 172xxx
  
• Conversion of existing 2nd Phone is allowed.

Advantage for the customer

• No fear for high call charge due to Internet.
  
• Incoming is allowed when not engaged on Internet.
  
• No registration charge for April'2004 only.

Note

• New simplified form should be used available with the Customer Service Centre.
  
• No instruments will be provided. Customer can attach their own instrument for receiving incoming calls.
• Not for commercial users such as Cyber Cafe, Internet Dhaba, STD/ISD/PCO etc.
  
• Customer should give only paid copy of bill as supporting document.
