| • The new cards will have the shelf life of 18 months. ( Valid up to date is indicated on the card ) • The subscriber will get the warning tone before 40 seconds of the credit limit. ( balance of the
card ). • Subscriber will get validity announcement before 5 days before the date expiry of the activity
period. The activity period starts with the first use of card. • The follow on feature - Three more calls can be made without dialing any secret code / access

The call change will be @ Rs. 1.10p. per unit and the card is available in round figure which,
includes 10% service tax and 0.2% Edu. cess. • In case of any complaint relating to the cards i.e. physical deformity / secret code not readable
etc. the cards may be returned to the point of sale along with the nature of complaint for
examination and replacement. • In case of the problems relating to ITC cards i.e. destination not maturing, the card not valid,
blocked, etc, the Help line may be contacted on 1600 345 1600 which is available
from 10.00 hours to 18.00 hours. |
