Excel General - The customer of Excel General
Plan having the expired SIM card may revive his connection
if he agrees to recharge by a recharge voucher of Rs. 500
(minimum) and he will get full talk value of Rs. 500 for
recharge voucher Rs.500 ( Sale value Rs. 500 + other Taxes
).
Excel Anant - If the service is terminated
owing to non recharge within the stipulated period of six
months , the customer will be allowed one month grace period
to reactivate his connection . The reconnection will be
made with the Top - up coupon of Rs. 200 ( Sale value Rs.
200 + other Tax ) , out of which Rs. 100 will be retained
as reconnection charges and Rs. 100 will be allowed as talk
time.
Customer interested for reconnection of Excel General /
Excel Anant connection will approach to nearest Customer
Service Centrewith an application in plain paper addressed
to the incharge CSC mentioning his Mobile No. and S/L No.
of the recharge voucher / Top-up card.
