Migration of Post paid subscribers from old IN platform to New Enhanced IN Platform

Post paid customers from old IN platform had been working since 1999. After the commissioning of new IN platform, all the customers for Free phone and Universal Access Number services have been migrated from old platform to new enhanced IN platform on 30th June 2005. The dialing plan for these services is as under :

New additional features :

   a)     Service Management Access(Under Implementation) : Under this feature separate
           username and password may be provided to the subscriber to manage service features
           like ODR, TDR etc.
   b)      Call Control : Subscriber has a choice to define maximum duration of calls, number of             incoming calls to a FPH/UAN number over a period; a call threshold can be defined as for
            example a subscriber may wish to limit the number of calls to 100 for a month on his
            FPH/UAN number and number of simultaneous calls to say 7 to his/her FPH/UAN
            Number.
   c)      Access Protected by PIN : Access to the FPH/UAN number can be restricted by the use of             PIN or password. . It means that a caller is required to dial a code no. of four digits to             access the FPH/UAN; thereby FPH/UAN subscriber may restrict calls from unwanted             callers.
   d)      Grey List : Calling lines appeared in this list shall not have access to FPH/UAN service
             without PIN.
   e)      Black & White List : Allowing/not allowing calls from certain telephone levels within the             given coverage area. For example it is possible to restrict the calls originating from             Kolkata’s BBD Bag area while allowing these calls from rest of Kolkata.
   f)      Call Queuing : FPH/UAN calls can be placed in a queue when the routing number is busy
           giving announcement to the calling party that his call has been placed in a queue.
   g)     UAN split charging option : Under this option call charge for a UAN call can be split            between calling party and subscriber.
