This is a service to facilitate anyone visiting India to make calls to his/her home country on a collect-call basis i.e. the phone no. abroad which will receive the call from India will be billed for the ISD call. The caller in India won’t have to pay anything in India. All home country direct calls start with the prefix “000”.
