•   You should have BSNL Cell One or Excel connection
•   Visit the customer service center with your mobile set
    (with connecting cable/ blue tooth) for configuration or demonstration of
    service.

   You can activate GPRS in your mobile yourself and access internet in the following ways :

  1.   Activate GPRS in your mobile and access internet from your mobile directly.

  2. You can access high speed internet using Laptop/PC and GPRS activated mobile.

       a)    Connect mobile with Laptop/PC through a datacable or bluetooth.

       b)   Configure Laptop/PC for dial-up internet access.

       c)   Dial  *99#  and allow internet access through your mobile.

       d)   Now you can surf the internet.
