To activate free GPRS facility on your CellOne / Excell connection,

          (a)      Write a new message - ' Portal ' (without single quote)
          (b)      Send the SMS to 3733 to register.
          (c)      You will get a confirmation message after successfull registration. It may take
                     48 hrs. to active GPRS on your mobile connection.
          (d)      Please call helpline 9400024365 & ask the operator to send the setting of Free
                     GPRS on your mobile connection. Please give the following information to the
                     helpline operator  :
                         (i)       Your mobile number and whether it is pre-paid or post-paid.
                         (ii)      Mobile handset make and model number.

          (e)      Setting of GPRS will be send to your mobile as SMS.
          (f)       Save the setting on your mobile.
          (g)      You will be able to brows the default website http://wap.cellone.in
