Bill Payment at Drop Boxes

 Cheque Drop Boxes have been introduced w.e.f 02.06.2003 for the convenience of customers of Calcutta Telephones as another avenue for telephone bill payment. These Cheque Drop Boxes, placed by CITI Bank are located at the addresses listed below. Subscribers may draw cheque in favour of Accounts Officer, BSNL, Calcutta Telephones, Kolkata and drop it in the Cheque Drop Boxes within due date along with the counterfoil of the bill.  The Telephone number, Bill Date and Amount may be clearly written on the reverse side of the Cheque.
