   •    Citi Bank / Diners Card holders may sign up Standing Instruction for debiting the Telephone Bills
          against their account ;

   •    The bills of the customers will be debited against their account any day after :
              •    5th of the month for STD/ISD PCO Booth Holders
              •    20th of the month for Premier / Corporate/General Subscribers
              •    25th of the month for STD/ISD PCO Booth Holders

   •    Benefits :
              •    No charges
              •    1% discount subject to maximum of Rs. 1000 on BSNL Bill amount ( excluding service
                     Tax and Education Cess )
              •    Earning of Reward Points credited by Citi Bank against Card account.
              •    Other Benefits  :      As may be announced by the Card issuer from time to time.

                     Ö      Unnecessary payment of Late Payment Surcharge for delayed payment of Telephone
