coupons / Top-up cards of available Denomination.
Step 2 : Recharge your
Excel Connection using any of the three options :
Option
1 : Dial 123 from your Handset and follow the
IVRS instruction in three
different languages
(English, Hindi, Bengali).
Option
2 : Dial * 123 * (16 digit secret code as printed
on the Recharge Voucher) #
and dial i.e. *123* xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx # and dial.
Option
3 : Dial 9433000124 from any BSNL Landline and
follow the IVRS instruction
in English.
Recharge Excel While
Roaming
Step 1 : Buy
Excel Recharge Coupons / Top-up cards belonging to Calcutta
Telephones LSA
of available Denomination and keep with you while in roaming.
Recharge coupon
belonging to other circle for example Assam Circle will
not be accepted by
the Calcutta Telephones Prepaid Mobile system.
Step 2 : Recharge your
Excel Connection using any of the three options:
Option

IVRS instruction. In case it is
not working for some area, use other two options.
Option
2 : Dial * 123 * (16 digit secret code as printed
on the Recharge Voucher) #
