Q. What is this facility ?
A facility for corporates or a person wishing to pay charges for more than one telephone bill together.
Under this scheme, a consolidated bill will be generated for you combining the charges for all the telephones you wanted to consolidate. This will be sent along with individual bill details to your designated billing address on a monthly basis. This ensures that you are billed on a single date for all the telephones of your choice. We also take special care of the delivery of these bills by sending these bills through Business Post.
Q. Who can enjoy this facility ?
Any subscriber having five or more telephones in the same or different premises but within the service area of Calcutta Telephones can apply for the scheme.
Q. Can I get my GSM mobile / CDMA bill under the same bouquet ?
No. For GSM group billing please contact CAO(TR)/CMTS at Phone 2257-0811. Group billing for CDMA is yet to start .
Q. Can I add/delete numbers from this group ?
This scheme is flexible, as addition or deletion of telephone numbers from your group is always possible.
Q. Where are the bills to be paid ?
Payment is accepted through ECS or only at the Specified Counter in the Cash Collection Centre at 8, Here Street, Kolkata - 700001. This counter caters to only subscribers under this scheme. Payment is much faster since charges for multiple telephones can be paid by a single bill.
Q. Whom do I contact in case of any problem ?
There is a specific unit dealing with any complaint of the subscribers under this scheme. For further assistance you may call 2210-5404.

Q. What are the advantages of this scheme ?

In this scheme receipt of bill for multiple telephones is fully ensured. On the other hand, under usual billing, schedule the individual telephones may fall in different cycles and hence receipt may be at different dates.

Q. What discount I may get on joining this scheme ?
BSNL, Calcutta Telephones has introduced a scheme for provision of discount to high caller customers on the consolidated monthly telephone bill of more than one lakhs at the following rate :

The discount shall be allowed only on the consolidated
bill amount and only if the bill is paid by due date. For
