 2)TECH PROCESS INSTA PAY, previously known as Bill Junction is a Service Bureau providing, inter     alia, bill presentment and payment services on World wide Web. They are authorised to collect     payment from BSNL customers through the use of Payment Gateway of of its associated Banks by     integrating them at BSNL Website.
