Free Excel (Pre-Paid) Mobile SIM for EXRA customers
paying outstanding dues .
Customers
paying outstanding dues fully or in installment may be briefed
about the present reconnection scheme for the disconnected
lines and pursued to continue. If customer agrees to reconnect
the line, the reconnection may be ordered on payment of
1st installment
provided the customer agrees to take the free excel SIM
and activate it within 7 days.
After activation the customer will intimate concerned AO(TR)
and AO(TR) will order for
reconnection with incoming facility.
This scheme will be introduced w.e.f. 01-03-2006 to 15-05-2006
for EXRA cases.
